1 teaspoon cloves


2 tablespoons of Green Cardamom


2 tablespoons of Black pepper


2 teaspoons of dry ginger powder


4-6 pieces of Cinnamon


Preparation of masala tea powder :


Add the above mentioned ingredients to the grinder and grind them well to make a fine powder. Keep it open for some time, and then store in a dry air tight jar.


Preparation of masala tea :

  • Boil a cup of water in a bowl.

  • Add your regularly used tea powder and add honey or jaggery for sweet taste.

  • Then add sufficient milk and let it boil on a medium flame.

  • Once the tea is almost ready, add a pinch of natural masala tea powder prepared earlier and let it boil for 1 - 2 minutes.
